The rental policy in the city of Key Colony Beach is very strict on the maximum occupancy of each property based on square footage. Each person is allow per 200 square feet in a property. Therefore, for our 1694 SQFT property the maximum occupancy is 8 people. Violation on such policy would not only cause additional charges/fines on your end but also possible suspension on our rental permit.
