The stunning Golf course winds throughout the community and can be used by guests (membership not required, reasonable golf fees are an additional charge at the club).

The main living area has both a large livingroom, a gorgeous second living space and a beautiful sitting area with woodburning fireplace ajacent to the kitchen. All rooms flow from one to the other for a spacious feel. TV in living room and one of the bedrooms with streaming services.
Pool is heated and is a stunning blue, newly surfaced deck, completely covered with a new Lanai screen, dining table, lounge furniture, cold water shower, BBQ grill, poolside loungers and blow up floats. Pool is serviced weekly,
