You are welcome to use spacious heated pool with broad steps for easy access, jacuzzi, as well as two tennis courts, club house or just enjoy amazing walks and lake views in the area.
The space
Our villa offers maximum comfort, was recently painted, most of the furniture and kitchen appliances are brand new!
Fully loaded kitchen is spacious enough that can offer you another corner table for 4 and full size washer and dryer. Main living area has big open space that leads you directly to the screened patio. Access to the patio is possible also from the master bedroom which has its own bathroom with shower and spacious walk in closet. Guest room is located on the other side of the villa together with other bathroom with bath tub.
Right beyond the area border you can find plenty of shops, restaurants and golf courses. Westfield Sarasota Square Mall with multiplex cinema is just 10 minutes walking distance. In 30 minutes drive distance you can find many other activities that will add the spark to your vacation, as Jungle Gardens, Shelby Botanical Gardens, Ca d' Zan mansion or Mote Aquarium.
