Primary bedroom is located on the top floor with large walkout porch perfect for sunsets every night. The primary bathroom just completed full remodel with dual shower heads, faux marble flooring, gold fixtures, large walk in closet with lots of storage space for clothes. Wine cooler and coffee bar located in the primary bath. Every piece of furniture in the house is brand new, including mattresses. The couch in the living room is made by American Leather with a premium mattress. The first guest bedroom has a new king mattress and decorated in tropical wallpaper, rug and furniture. The second guest bedroom is decorated in a nautical motif and has twin beds that can be made into a king bed. There is a brand new 30' heated saltwater pool facing the canal with a sunshield in the pool perfect for suntanning. There is room for a small shallow draft boat at the dock. Guests also have use of two kayaks to explore the canals along Sugarloaf Key.
The house is located at the 17 mile marker from Key West. A 20 min drive will bring to beaches, nightlife and first class restaurants in Key West. Uber and Lyft to downtown nightlife available.
