This newly remodeled bungalow is sure to delight! The space features quality furnishings, brand new comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The space is conveniently located a short, 2- minute drive to Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park and is a 2 minute drive to downtown where guests can find plenty of dining and shopping options.
Not suitable for parties and loud gatherings.
This property has 3 bedrooms- a king, queen and 2 twin beds. All beds feature comfortable, brand new mattresses as well as quality linens and blankets. We have a combination of both firm and soft pillows to ensure all guests will get a great sleep! All bedrooms have their own tv's.
There is a spacious living room with a roomy couch, love seat and chair. This room also has a brand new 75" smart tv for your viewing pleasure.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware you would need to prepare a nice meal and features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.

Summary: The home was clean and welcoming. The host was quick and easy to communicate with. We had no issues and would absolutely return in the future. Bonus the beds were sooooo comfortable, which is not often true in VRBO's. Thank you for a great home in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown.
