Unplug in your own 1966 private retreat. Has 4 bedrooms with 4 beds for 7 adults and up to 12 if you bring blow-up bed(s). This is a unique experience without television, however, internet is provided where you can access TV by computer. We also provide breakfast foods of your choice or charcuterie w/wine to make your stay more enjoyable. There is no cleaning fee, and toiletries and towels are provided. There is a fully stocked kitchen as well.
This is a split level home with a comfortable living room with a record player/radio and CD player, working fireplace and a wood burning stove in the basement. A cord of wood is stacked in the carport for your use. Full kitchen with seating for 8 and a heated Florida room with seating for 4. The home is packed with all sorts of books for reading from modern up to 200 years old.
4 Beds include 1 (Purple brand) King BR w/ private bath, 1 Queen adjustable bed and 1 Twin with a shared bath. There is also 1 Queen bed in the basement with office and sitting area and a walkout patio with bench swing. Plenty of room for blow up beds and there is a fold up table for eating if needed. The laundry and half bath are also located here.
Large driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles, large camper, etc. and all on 1/2 acre with young berry and fruit trees.
NOTE: I can create a private event for you such as a wine tasting with charcuterie, dinner party or any catered affair. Just ask.
