A beautifully updated beach-themed condo with a large open living area, eat-in kitchen as well as a dining area. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with dresser and 2 nightstands, his/her walk-in closets and an ensuite bath includes a tiled walk-in shower and large vanity. The master has a 43" flatscreen TV with cable.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dresser and nightstand, with a 32" flatscreen TV with cable. The second bathroom has an updated tiled shower, as well as a washer and dryer.
A private, screened lanai with a ceiling fan overlooking the lake and resort style pool is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
This is a 3rd floor Condo with the elevator steps from the front door. There is an assigned covered parking spot steps from the building entrance. A private spacious storage room is right outside the front door.
This Condo is centrally located, close to Naples, Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs, Marco Island and is only 90 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale/Miami and 2 hours from Tampa.
Southwest Florida International Airport is a 15 minute drive. HOA requires a minimum 30 day rental, as well as an Application for tenants, which must be approved by the HOA. The fee is $100 (payable by renter.)
