Located in the heart of OCMD, Ocean Colony is a fabulous Community that not only offers a great Location, but also has a fabulous Outdoor Pool, perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day on the Beach. This beautiful Townhome has it ALL - incredible Outdoor Living, a great Beach Front Location, and an interior so lovely it is sure to feel like home right away. Nestled on the Oceanfront on 47th Street, you'll enjoy being able to walk to many Shops, Restaurants, and Activities, yet are still only a short ride from our famous OC Boardwalk. That being said, once you see the Ocean Views from this magnificent home, you may never want to leave!
Ocean Colony 14 will comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 families sleeping up to 10 adults and 2 children in 4 beautifully appointed Bedrooms. With a wonderful Open Layout, you can spend time with those who matter most without ever feeling crowded. Park in the garage under the Carport, kick off your shoes, and let the fun begin! As you enter you will appreciate the convenient Ground Floor Laundry and wash area. Wandering up the steps to the Main Living Area, you'll absolutely love the beautiful Hardwood Floors and cool coastal colors. Relax in the Living Area with an abundance of Natural Light, Comfy Furnishings, Flat Screen TV, and Free WiFi. The Ocean Views, even from the sofas, are nothing short of breathtaking. You'll love relaxing on the huge Lower Deck while you listen - and watch - the waves crashing on the Beach. The Deck is furnished with a variety of seating options from a Large Dining table to a High Top Table, making it an awesome place to hang out any time of the day. From the Deck you can walk right on down to the Beach, and there is a convenient hose so you can easily rinse off after a day of fun in the sun!!
Just off the Living Area is the Well-Stocked Kitchen with Gleaming Countertops, Stainless Appliances, and a Breakfast Bar - the perfect place for a quick bite before hitting the Beach or Pool. For more formal meals, dine in the spacious Dining Area, or on the Deck Al-Fresco - talk about dining with a View! Just off the Dining Area, there are double doors leading to Bedroom 4 with a Flat Screen TV, a Full Murphy bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa, as well as a Pool View Balcony. The attached Bath also has a Walk-in Shower.
Strolling upstairs to the next floor, you'll find 2 more beautifully decorated Bedrooms and another Full Bath. The Ship Blank Board Ceilings throughout Ocean Colony 14 are reminiscent of a North Carolina Beach House, and add so much charm to this home. Bedroom 2 has a King Bed, incredible Ocean Views, a Private Oceanfront Balcony, and a Flat Screen Cable TV.
