Location is everything in this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom condo located in Ocean Park Condominium. You are two blocks from the beach, steps away from the pool and Jacuzzi, neighboring Fort Clinch State Park and only two miles from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach.

Guests have full access to the newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi, designated grilling area and garage.

Upon entering the property guests are greeted by ocean views and an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining and main living area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, crock pot, George Forman, toaster, Ninja blender, wine cooler and coffee maker. The dining area sits six comfortably and the breakfast bar provides sitting for three. The main living area is equipped with a sectional sofa, comfortable chair and a large flat screen TV with online streaming options. Sliding glass doors lead you to the private balcony with plenty of seating. This arrangement is truly ideal for friends and family to gather.

The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. The first guest room has a Queen bed with closet and the second room has Twin beds with a closet. Across the hall is the second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
