Just a 7-minute drive from the heart of downtown nightlife and Arts, this cozy retreat is perfect for those looking to experience the best of both worlds – a peaceful stay with easy access to the bustling city.

Guest have access to the rear building which is a shotgun style 2 residence property. You have your own parking with carport and private entrance and fenced in backyard. Parking can accommodate 2-3 vehicles.
