4 Bedroom House in Long Beach, Oak Island
Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on Oak Island, NC, only a very short walk to the beach. 2 level home features a family room, fully loaded kitchen, dining room, screened porch, 2 BRs and 2 baths on the main floor. 2nd floor has 2 more bedrooms, a full bath, another family room, and a beautiful covered porch. We also have a pool!
We are on the 3rd row back from the beach and about a 2-3 minute walk to a public beach access on 26th.
House sleeps 10 with a king and a queen bed on the main level, and a queen, two twins and a queen sleeper sofa on the 2nd level.
Amenities include washer/dryer, WiFi, streaming TV with movie channels, stereo system, gas grill, private pool. We also have installed an elevator from the ground floor to the first floor.
There are two outside Blink cameras. One is on the front porch facing the front door. The second is under the screened porch facing out under the house and toward the street. The cameras are turned ON during rental season ONLY between 10 am and 4 pm on Saturdays, check in day. This allows us to let the property manager know when guests are gone so that the house can be cleaned for the next guests. The cameras are turned OFF after 4 pm on Saturdays and remain OFF during your stay. They remain ON at all times in the off season.
Although we have the off season blocked off for personal use, we would consider renting the house during that time if we are not going to be there. We try to get there as often as we can, and sometimes we don't know until a few days before. But email us if you are considering a last minute fall, winter or spring getaway to the beach! The house may be available! We will not rent too far in advance, but it's worth a try!
