Summary: 2 Roaches. One big roach alive in the kitchen and the other dead in the bathroom. Roach in bathroom was found after 1st day and the roach in the kitchen was found 3 days later. If it wasn't for the roaches, I would have given a 4 for cleanliness. If parking was better, I would have given 3 for location and neighborhood.
