Welcome to Palm Kisses, our Florida home, located in the fabulous (gated) Solterra Resort. The resort is located only 11.5 miles from Walt Disney World and is chock-full of amenities to keep you and the kids happy and making memories.
There is something here for everyone! Relax by the lagoon-style pool, try out the slide, or float down the lazy river. Try a snack at the poolside grill, play some tennis, or watch as the kids enjoy the playground.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which have King-sized beds. The other two bedrooms are Disney-themed: the "Frozen" room has a twin over full bunkbed, with an additional trundle (sleeps 4), and the "Star Wars" room has (2) twin beds. All of the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and sizeable closets. The house can accommodate a total of 14 people.
A special surprise awaits in the garage, which has been transformed into a game room with foosball, a billiards table, and specialty murals on the walls.
The private pool and spa can be accessed from both the living and dining areas. Pool towels are provided, including smaller quick-dry towels for the kids - so there is less to pack! Pool/spa heat is available for a modest daily fee. Enjoy your meals outside, poolside, in your private lanai. BBQ grills are available for rent as well.
The house is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer so you can do laundry if needed. We have also provided a baby monitor, 2 pack 'n plays (with sheets), high chair, booster seat, stroller, and a wagon for easy carting of pool items to the clubhouse pool. It's our favorite new item! All of these additions make it easier to travel with the little ones!
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, a coffeemaker, blender, crockpot, and toaster..... and our latest addition, a large 8 qt. Instant Pot pressure cooker to make mealtimes fast and easy!
Upstairs you will find a separate living area with flat-screen TV, comfy couches, and Wii-U with plenty of games and 4 controllers. Send the kids upstairs to play while you relax in front of your own movie on the main floor.
