This is a beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house with amazing views. Walk out to the lanai, you will be greeted by an amazing pool over looking a canal. The spacious lanai gives you plenty of room. There is also a smart TV mounted in the lanai. Once you enjoy your time in the pool, venture on down to the boat dock. While on the dock, take the time to see what is splashing around. On occasion you will see manatees. On your way down to the dock you will enjoy the landscape. Stop and have a game at the cornhole court. Enjoy a fresh lemon from the lemon tree. There is a very spacious kitchen with all the needs to make a great meal, and to entertain. We provide mostly everything you need to make your cooking easy.
