Enjoy a cozy retreat in our Florida Keys' Cottage in the middle of paradise. The cottage is in excellent condition, perfect for those seeking to relax and take in the island life! Key Largo Excellent restaurants and attractions nearby, The property is just one blocks from the Pool and boat Ramp and Food Truck and 0.3 miles from a shopping center where you can enjoy supermarkets, restaurants, liquor store, Library. Memorable visit when you stay in this unique place.
In the exterior, the property has a canal facing front porch where sunsets await you every evening. Boat slips available when you rent for a month, an extra fee will be charged depending how long your stay is; the side property also has an exterior high-top dining table that seats four. If you are in the mood to relax, the property has a full outdoor lounge area together with a coffee table and an outdoor tv and a Sun setter shade to protect you from the sun. The Property also has a gas-powered BBQ for those days that you want to stay home and soak up the Island life. We have a security camera on the left side of the shed facing the street.
Resort Fees: Calusa Resort charges $10 to register each party, $25 per boat/PWC, and $10 per pet. All guests will be required to register prior to arriving. All guest must be registered 72 hours prior to arrival or a fee of $50 will be assessed by the resort. All of the above fee are resort fees and will be charged to guests upon arrival based on applicability.
