The home features Granite counter tops in the fully equipped Kitchen, plenty of cabinet space for your grocery supplies, and a commercial ice machine for your vacation beverages. There is seating for up to 11 people at the open dining area and counter-height bar. The living area will seat all your guests, and features a 55 inch HD TV, Blu-ray player, Blue-Tooth Sony Stereo system, and High speed internet service throughout the home. All three bedrooms have 32 inch Flat screen TV's, and large closets/storage space for all your vacation needs. There are Granite counter tops in all three Bathrooms, and storage in each vanity. One Master bedroom features a luxury walk-in shower. The other Master Bedroom and the bunk room share a Full Bathroom with tub/shower. Both king size bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans and lighting. The fully equipped laundry room includes full size washer/dryer, storage for your supplies, Iron, Ironing board, and Drying rack. The Pool is directly across from the home on a private drive. This home is one of thirteen in a private development, with a private pool for owners and their guests only. The ottomans in the living room fold out to provide sleeping space for two more children. Luxury floors throughout the home, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen, (including an automatic fresh ice machine) will lend a "resort" feel to your vacation. The lockable storage below the home has beach chairs, pool and beach toys, body boards, and a Weber gas grill for your use. The covered deck will provide a great perch to people watch as you relax with your favorite beverage. Private parking below house will accommodate 3 standard vehicles. There is an outside shower for your use to rinse the sand from your toes as you return from the beach. The KEYLESS ENTRY door eliminates the need to carry keys with you as you travel to the beach and pool. This is a NON SMOKING HOME. No smoking is permitted in the home, or on the deck.
