Centerally located between 85 and downtown Toccoa Georgia, our lake front home is in Hardy Farms Subdivision in a peaceful cul-de-sac on Lake Hartwell.

Our Lake House/Cabin is great for all ages - easy access and slight walk to the deep water dock. Adults and teenagers will love relaxing in our cove, fishing, boating, or water skiing. Kids will enjoy swimming, fishing, riding bikes in our neighborhood, hanging out in hammocks/enos or jumping off the dock into clean refreshing water. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on the wrap around porch or waterside on the dock. Grill on the porch after boating and sip beverages/enjoy the solitude by the lake. Kids and adults can play ping pong, enjoy cornhole, play horseshoes or board games. Our quiet cove is just the place to find serenity.

If bird watching is your fancy, keep your eyes open for lots of birds that live in the woods near the cabin. We have ducks, geese, egrets, wrens, cardinals and woodpeckers to name a few.

Summary: Incredible place and location. Wood floors and ceilings remind you you’re at a cabin, cozy and fun. Well furnished with plenty of seating options. Exterior seating for a dozen or so, including swings over looking the lake. Table and chairs on the boat dock too. Loft with twin beds is ideal for kids who like hanging out together. Very clean and well cared for home. Homeowner was very nice and personable, letting us use lake gear (fishing poles, blow up rafts, etc.). We had family ping pong and horseshoe tournaments. We will keep this place in mind for our next stay in the area.
