Summary: I can't say enough about this house. It is located within a 1/4 mile of Bo's Indian River Marina. The owner Lynn has everything you need to enjoy your Norris Lake vacation. We had two families, one with a 21 year old and the other with a 16 and 12 year old. If you have two families, this house is perfect. There is a separate semi-kitchen in the basement and three bedrooms upstairs. Everything you need is included, including all of your kitchen needs and a nice porch to enjoy outdoor time. Bo's Marina is within walking distance to rent boats and enjoy a good meal. We particularly enjoyed wing night on Wednesday. We rentented a pontoon from Bo's on Tue, Wed, and as Fri with no problems whatsoever. We also rented a Jet ski from TenneskiRentals for Tue and Wed. Mike from there will deliver to Bo's and you can store it in the Brannon's slip, which is included with the rental. All said, the Brannon's have an excellent place to rent for a week at Norris Lake. An added bonus is how you are within ten minutes of town with groceries and restaurants. All in all I would totally recommend this house for anyone. A great week was had by both of our families.
