It is spacious open floor plan with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and 2 car garage.
This stylish place is perfect for family or group trips. Spacious and fully renovated, screened lanai and pool with jets spa, 2 car garage and 4 cars driveway. The house is fully stocked with all necessary essentials to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. A huge solid wood king bed with bedroom set, a 55” smart tv, renovated shower and direct access to pool and screened patio along with a walk in closet with shelves in the master bedroom. A solid wood queen bed and bedroom set, 43” smart tv in the front bedroom. A nice solid wood twin bunk bed with 3 twin slipping spots and storage drawers , an adjustable height desk with chair and a 32” smart tv along with direct access to the pool and screened patio area in the back room. Strong 1 Gigabit Wi-Fi through the whole house. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender , cooking pots and frying pans, silverware and dining sets along with everything else you may need in the kitchen. RO water system in the kitchen sink to make your stay more pleasant and to let you enjoy a bottle quality water free of charge. USB / USB-C power outlets throughout the house. 2 fully renovated bathrooms ( 1 with a walk-in shower and 1 with a bath tub ) with supplies . Living room with a leather coach that can be used as an additional sleeping space , love seat and a chair with ottoman and a 55” smart tv.
