This newly remodeled vacation home is on the Gulf side just a short walk to the beach via a sidewalk adjacent to the house 3 minutes.The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, and the owner is an interior designer nicely decorated.
The master is on the second floor with a king bed, full bath, a balcony overlooking the Gulf. An bonus bedroom is behind the master bedroom and has a view of the Sound (twin bed with trundle that pops up to bed height (sleeps 2) and a futon bed can sleep 2 - access is through the master bath, so best for children of the parents sleeping in the master bedroom).
The other bedrooms are on the main level. One bedroom has a private bath and Gulf view with a twin and twin bunks with trundle (sleeps 4 in total). A second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks with a one trundle and a hall bath (sleeps 5). The third bedroom has a queen and shares the hall bath (sleeps 2). The fourth bedroom on the main level has a sectional - we use it as a second TV/media room, but the sectional could easily sleep 2 adults or 3 children, and there's a full bath adjacent to it in the hall. This media room has a sleeper chair (sleeps 1) and a brand new queen size air mattress (sleep 2). There's also a large family room with a sectional and 65" TV that flows into the kitchen and on into the dining room.
Internet connection available via wireless cable. Cable TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max and YouTube Channel, Hulu, and OnDemand. You may also have access to our games including Giant Jenga, Corn Hole and an outdoor ping pong table.. Alexa is provided with Amazon Music. Feel free to also use the beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and floats.
This is the ideal home for a family vacation where you'll enjoy the Gulf breeze, sugar white sand and wonderful views of the turqoise water of the Gulf of Mexico!
