LAZEE DAZE in Panama City Beach is an amazing beach cottage with a private pool and large screened patio within walking distance of the Beach for endless outdoor fun. This home is centrally located (away from the crowded high-rises) on the quiet West end between the Pier Park Shopping Area, Frank Brown Sports Complex and 30A.

This Beach House is just like Brand New. A spacious three bedroom with two baths and everything you need while on vacation.
The large living room, dining area and kitchen are connected. This creates one big open area for the family to gather. French doors open out onto the large screened patio that also overlooks the lush landscaped pool area.
You will enjoy relaxing in the master bedroom which is large and comfortably furnished with a King size bed and television. It also features a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bath with double vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is equipped with beds for three people. It is furnished with a twin bed and twin bunk beds. There is also a television for entertainment.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and also has a television.
The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishware and glasses. There are stainless appliances including a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee pot. A dining table seats four and the kitchen island seats four.
A complimentary starter (limited) supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are supplied to get your stay off to a stress-free start.
Lazee Daze is conveniently located within walking distance to the white sand beaches of Panama City Beach and more. Don't miss the locals favorite spot, Sunnyside Grill, where you can enjoy local breakfast and lunch. Also within walking distance of the Reef Bar at Beachside Resort for that relaxing cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
Winn Dixie, Publix (grocery delivery available), and CVS are just a few blocks to the West down Front Beach Road for any items you might need.
Parking for 3 vehicles outside. Garage is not accessible to guests.
The pool is NOT a heated pool. The garage is not accessible for vacation rentals. Parking is provided in the driveway and parking pad in front of home.
You must be 21 years of age or older. All renters 21-24 are required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. All renters under 25 are required to pay an additional $1,000.00 cash deposit due prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our vacation short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for signature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age.
*Due to owner's severe allergies, NO PETS OR SMOKING of any type are permitted on this property.
*Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.
Any reservation that exceeds 30 days will require an added renewal of the Accidental Waiver fee for every 30 days cycle of a reservation. Example: a 45 days reservation will require the waiver to be renewed for a second charge of $69.95)
