Sliding glass doors in the living room add brightness to the entire space and lead to the private balcony which overlooks the stunning Sailmaker community pool. With two cozy outdoor chairs this is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail!
Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms at opposite ends of the hall. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and wall mounted smart TV. The attached full bath has a generously sized vanity and tiled walk-in shower.
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and full bath with a shower/tub combo.
A quick 2.5 minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge and sandy beaches of the gorgeous Florida coastline. The Summer Beach Community is ocean front so no need to cross any streets to get the the private beach access. The Sailmaker pool this villa overlooks is the centerpiece of the Sailmaker community. Surrounded by oak trees and encircled by lounge chairs this is a great spot to spend the day! The nearby beach boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. This townhome is just steps from the Ritz Carlton - Amelia Island where guests have access to the resort's restaurants, shops and spa.
