Built in 1939 originally, Pickers Cottage, has undergone a major restoration. Every bit of attention to detail was addressed from vintage local tin back-splash to granite counter tops. Nothing has been overlooked.
The cottage sits on 3/4 of an acre in the heart of Leiper’s Fork. It is less than a 1/2 mile jaunt into the village, where there is always live music, great food, fantastic shopping and good friends to be made. The cottage features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with the most spacious feel. The master bedroom suite includes a Cal-king size bed, walk in closet, vanity and tub/shower. Upstairs you are welcomed into another living area with a Queen sleeper sofa. The two additional bedrooms are upstairs, one has a Queen size bed, and the other two twin beds. Summary: Visiting for the Nashville Antiques and Garden Show, but wanted to stay in the country. Wonderful comfy house, beautifully decorated, great location. Already planning our next trip back.
