This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, second floor unit in Poinciana Place in Miramar Beach. Poinciana Place Condominiums is located just minutes from public beach access to the emerald green waters and sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, with well maintained landscaping. This is a great little condo within walking distance to the beach, and very close to world-class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses, which is what makes this area a vacation destination.
The condo has recently been completely renovated with new paint, and furnished with all new furniture & artwork. Full of great natural light, entertaining is a breeze in the open-flow Kitchen area with Breakfast Bar and Living Room.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The Guest Bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area, along with a Daybed in the Hallway. A stackable washer/dryer is another added convenience.
Relax on the shared balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the beautiful, sparkling swimming pool. Only blocks away from endless shopping at the Sandestin Outlet Mall, and you’re right next to Winn-Dixie Grocery Store, along with a huge variety of beach front restaurants for you and your family to enjoy.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great location, close by to everything you need. This was a great condo and management was responsive to requests. Some things to note if traveling with toddlers. Drinkware and plates were all glass, main bedroom is not very dark due to only blinds and lights shining in from building behind, We were unable to get the tv and dvd in the bedrooms to work, the dvd player was not connected in the house but located in a closet. Remote controls were hard to use/figure out, a mop would have been helpful as well. These were just inconveniences and meant to help future travelers and owners.
