Step onto the eastern-facing front deck from either upstairs bedroom for a peaceful morning coffee, or enjoy dinner and cocktails on the back deck with sunset views and spiral staircase access to the pool and yard below. A secure gate at the top of the stairs provides added peace of mind for families.

🏊♂️ Follow all pool safety rules.: Pool heating is available for a daily fee from Nov 1 - May 1 and weather dependent. Please inquire for further details. Pool company is on site for maintenance weekly.
🏠 This is a two story home. Guests with mobility constraints can avoid all stairs by entering through the garage and would have access to the downstairs bedrooms and backyard.
🔇Our neighborhood is mostly made up of long term residents who live here year-round. Excessive noise and parties at any hour are STRICTLY prohibited and quiet hours between 9pm and 7am are enforced. If noise complaints are received, local authorities may be notified.
⚠️Guests use all amenities including pool, exercise equipment, and fire pit at their own risk. Owners and property management will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages associated with use of amenities.
👤An additional charge will apply starting with the 8th guest and for each additional guest thereafter.
🧽If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking.
