This Gulf front home is perfect for your next family vacation with plenty of room to spread out. Features include a large open living area that features new furniture, kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating and which opens up to a large furnished sundeck. The main level features the kitchen, living/dining area and a bedroom with 2 twin beds which also opens up to the furnished deck. Living room area just went thru a major re-decorating make-over!
The upper level has two additional bedrooms 1 of those a Gulf front master with a queen and the other bedroom has 1 queen bed. Access to the beach is via private boardwalk. The ground level includes the foyer, laundry and covered parking. Nestled in the dunes on the ground level there is a nice deck area with a picnic table. This home is located in the St. Joe Beach/Beacon Hill area just east of Mexico Beach.
This is a pet friendly home, and a non-refundable pet fee of $168 per pet will be added to the reservation upon Homeowner approval.
