Pool house apartment sleeps 4 and includes a full kitchen, large open living area, covered balcony porch, and an in-ground pool right outside your door! Perfect for football weekends, attending events at nearby wedding venues, equestrian centers, Newberry softball and archery venues, BMX venue, the Florida springs, business travellers, and winter vacationers. The large bedroom has a king sized bed that can be made into two twins. The living room has a trundle daybed (2 twins), and air mattresses are available for additional guests, if needed. Pack n Play for a baby is also provided if needed. You will appreciate the high quality bedding, affording you a great night's sleep.
If you like to cook, the full kitchen is equipped with all the basics. Your hosts welcome you with chilled bottled water, a bowl of snack choices, and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee/tea/ hot chocolate/ cider drinks. Grill all your favorites on the gas grill for your use! If you would like, continental breakfasts can be provided for up to 4 guests for $10 a day.
