A fantastic location. Just 2 miles to downtown Eureka Springs, but in a quiet, quaint valley. In about 6 minutes, you can enjoy the heart of downtown, with plenty of dining and shopping choices. Don't want to go out for dinner? This cottage has it's own full kitchen, as well as a charcoal grill on the deck.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a separate room with a jetted tub for two. Full kitchen, two fireplaces (one wood burning, one gas), living room plus a bonus sitting room giving families plenty of space to spread out if they choose. Open dining room, kitchen, living room with large windows overlooking a wooded view. 2 minute walk to our private 6 acre lake. Fishing, bird watching, hiking, and visiting our mini ranch.
Wonderful historic location at Lake Lucerne Resort. Our private lake and resort property is woven into the history of Eureka Springs.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults, children, infants.
Minimum Nights: Usually 2 night minimum. Some festivals and holidays, and October weekends are 3 night minimum. Thanksgiving is a 4 night minimum.
Pet friendly: pets must be announced, pet policies agreed to, and a small pet fee applies.
