The kitchen has all new appliances including a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and full size flat top range. 2 coffee makers for singles or pots. The large sink overlooks the screened pool lanai and back yard. A full complement of plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, baking sheets, knives, blender, filtered water and utensils are provided.
A long 8 1/2' butcher block island seats 6 very comfortably and is great for entertaining. The kitchen slider opens to a 4 top table within the screened pool lanai.
The primary bedroom suite features a king size bed and bath with walk-in shower. The walk in closet has a work area with small desk and chair.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and large closet.
Other amenities include large screen smart TV's in both bedrooms and the great room with high speed wireless.
Outside of the screened pool lani is a pavered sun patio with 2 loungers and a gas grilling area. The washer and dryer make it easy to return home with clean clothes. Upon your arrival you will find bath towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo, dishwasher and laundry soap, and paper supplies...even toothpaste and toothbrush's. Linens include sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and 4 beach towels. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom.
