As you arrive at the property, you will enter the front courtyard through a gate and you are greeted by the lush, tropical landscape and a trickling fountain. The entire property is fenced, which will give you a great sense of privacy, security, and serenity.
As you enter through the front door, you step into the large main living area of the house which features a huge sectional couch and two swivel chairs facing the large flat-screen TV. It is a impressive size room and is a great place where everyone can be together. This area also features a great view and access out to the backyard and pool area.
Off of the main living area, you will find a beautiful, modern kitchen fully equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs. The kitchen features a large peninsula with plenty of barstools, a walk-in pantry, and a large dining room table. Directly off of the kitchen, there is access to a seating area under a pergola, a great place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
This home features a split bedroom plan with the two bedrooms on one side of the house and the other two on the other end, giving a great deal of privacy and space to a large group. The bedrooms are as follows:
Master Bedroom. The master bedroom is located in the back of the house in a very generous sized room. The master features a king size bed, a little sitting area, a small desk and fantastic on-suite master bath. This room also has a large flat-screen TV and it also has access and a great view out to the pool.
There are 2 guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the master bedroom. Each of these bedrooms feature a queen size bed. One of these bedrooms is located on the backside of the house and has access to the backyard and pool area through French doors. This room also has a flat-screen TV and a desk area. The other bedroom is located on the front side of the house and features a queen size bed. These two bedrooms have a hall full bath to share between the two.
The 4th bedroom features a bunkbed with one full size bed and one twin size bed. This bedroom is located closer to the master bedroom.
After your tour of the gorgeous interior, you will be welcomed into paradise when you step into the backyard. Six chaise lounges surround the beautiful pool with two fountains shooting water into the pool for a nice relaxing sound. There is also a "in-pool" sitting area attached to the pool for ultimate relaxation! The space is completed by an outdoor dining table and a seating area underneath the overhang of the roof. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after your dip in the pool or trip to the beach!
