My family and I relocated to the beautiful Florida Keys, from Orlando. The property we purchased has a 1 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs apartment. We are conveniently located within miles of restaurants, shopping, parks, beach, grocery stores and retail stores. We are on a private road, surrounded by conservation for total privacy. Deeded beached access for residents of our street only, allows you to launch our kayaks or paddle board from a private convenient location. The water is so clear…grab your snorkel, launch the kayaks or just take a dip. We walk down in the mornings for sunrise and afternoons for sunset. A great way to start or end the day. This apartment has been completely renovated and is comfortably furnished to sleep 2 - queen bed, perfect for honeymooners, extended travelers and couples escaping the cold weather. Prepare your meals in the kitchen, stocked with flatware and cookware. Or grill your fresh catch on your outdoor grill. Apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, WIFI, and air conditioning. Private seating to enjoy meals right outside your sliding glass door. The property is large enough, although shared, you will still have your privacy. Washer and Dryer now included!
Take a dip in the pool after a day out on the water, or just soak up the sun. Enjoy the property’s grounds-- beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and trees. Your own private slice of paradise!
