Located across from The Hub (now A/K/A The Big Chill) ! Bike 1/2 mile to DEER LAKE STATE PARK BEACH ACCESS. We have 6 bikes, 8 beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, and 2 skim boards. SUPER CLEAN and tastefully decorated! HEATED POOL beg OCT 2022! IT WILL BE HEATED in MARCH & APRIL 2023 for Spring Break Families!
Our home is perfect for a larger family or 2 small families, or a girls getaway. Prominence is on 30A nestled in between Alys/ Rosemary Beach and Watersound, and only 5 miles east of Seaside.
Dream Kitchen w/ granite, aqua glass tile backsplash, gas cooktop, microwave, oven, farmhouse sink, island seating for 4 and Dining table for 6. Everything you need to stay in and cook, including Keurig, full size Coffee Pot. Make your smoothie in the Ninja blender, and head to the pool & fitness center steps away. Grill out at the pool or head across the street to The Hub Eateries (A/K/A The Chill) while watching the football / baseball games on the big screens. Family activities & music nightly at the Hub, (WINGS highly recommended) A wonderful gathering spot! Shop at the boutiques at the Hub. Get your mani/pedi there, then hangout at the coffee shop when you aren't enjoying our fabulous pool.

4) QS Sleeper sofa with gel mattress on main level, sleeps 2 w/ half bath and 65-inch wall mounted tv.
Full-size washer & dryer
2 car garage with 6 bikes, 8 beach chairs stored on half of the garage. Parking for 1 car in the garage and 2 additional cars in front of the garage. So parking for 3 vehicles which is a biggie on 30A during peak season.
Note: Deer Lake State Park beach access is only 1/2 mile away and is an easy bike ride away. Santa Clara Beach Access offers beach chair service, although we provide 6-8 beach chairs in our garage for your use.
