Located on a quiet street only 1.2 miles from famous Fishermen's village, near The Harborwalk (with dolphins!), Ponce de Leon Beach (known for its beautiful sunsets), downtown Punta Gorda shops & restaurants, parks, walking & biking paths, fishing, boating, pickleball, tennis, and golf!
With water views throughout the home, observe local fish jumping and birds flying as well as spectacular skies reflecting on the water!
Off the lanai, the large master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom is at one end of the house, separate from the two guest bedrooms (both with queen beds) and guest bath at the other end of the house. There is also a foldout couch as well as a daybed for additional guests. The indoor dining table expands to seat 10, and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and the family room looking out at the pool and the canal. The large lanai offers plenty of poolside seating, a breakfast table, and and a larger dining table as well. Curl up inside with your favorite book in the cozy reading nook or, with our portable desk, pick your favorite water view spot to get some work done. The garage has room for your car and also stores two bicycles, which you're welcome to use during your stay. Bring your dog along and enjoy one of the best dog walking neighborhoods around! Boat and boat lift are not currently available for use.
