This small cottage community is known as Clark's Landing, and each house is lovingly and meticulously cared for. Nostalgia at its best - vacationing the way it used to be at this rare one-of-a-kind property. It is sure to be a relaxing getaway sitting on the screen porch enjoying beautiful views of the lake, grilling meals on your patio with a private BBQ and picnic table, or soaking up the sun on the 225 ft of sandy shared beach. The beach is perfect for little ones with a gradual incline leading to deeper water and southern exposure with sun all day! This lake-view retreat is part of a community of cottages that shares the beautiful well maintained sandy beach, community firepit, and a swim raft. On six acres of land, there are a lot of open grassy areas to enjoy a family game of Wiffle ball, flag football, bocce ball, or the family's favorite activity. There is a boat dock with two slips that is first come, first serve with a maximum of 20' boat, for an additional $100.00 charge.
A well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) will help you prepare delicious homemade meals for the group. The screened porch and its dining table are ideal for family meals; however, if you want to truly enjoy the outdoors and dine with a backdrop like no other, there is a picnic table on the private patio. The living area provides guests an inviting place to unwind, and the wood-burning fireplace will be ideal for cold winter days.
