Positive: The indoor space was clean. It was spacious and roomy. It was not too far from downtown Wimberly.

Negative: I called soon after I reserved to confirm there was coffee available and powdered creamer and extra towels. I was told there would be. Unfortunately, upon arrival there were nothing. only a coffee maker. I have stayed at numerous Airbnb in the past and there was always coffee, creamer and sugar available. Some even supplied water bottles and snacks. Which this place did not. There were also no blankets on the beds only a sheet and a quilt. The sheets did not smell fresh, the sheets had an old smell. I would suggest having disposable tableware as well. When I called about the coffee and creamer, they said they were sorry they did not supply those items. I traveled with my 2 elderly parents and expected to have at least coffee for them in the morning. The ad also said it was pet friendly, this is the reason why I booked this location and then after securing the place was told there were pet fee's - nowhere on the ad for the Airbnb did it say there was a fee. I have also stayed at places that were pet friendly and they don't charge an extra fee. The cost was $75 per pet! I always travel with my 2 chihuahuas (4 lb. and 9 lb.) who are house trained and very well behaved. I contacted the agency, and they were able to give me a discount since they said they had not properly updated the listing with the pet fees. Also, the yard was not very inviting. NO lighting in the back and the furniture was turned over and the grass was not cut, there was alot of debris. Therefore, not very inviting to sit outside and relax. There were also crickets inside the house we had to make sure to get out. For the price listed I thought was high. I would not stay here again
