Owned by an architect, it has been geniusly designed to maximize comfort of any guest whether coming to enjoy a short summer stay or monthly winter stay. Accommodating a group of 6 comfortably, the layout is ideal with everything on one level.
There is a large amount of WOW packed into this small space. A few examples: custom furniture with built-in benches, drawers, closet cabinets and a private work space. All of the cabinet doors and drawers have safety springs so no worries of little fingers getting caught. Enjoy immediate hot water with a tankless hot water heater. Wood & tile floors for easy cleanup. However, the perfect place to enjoy this home it outside on the screened in deck with a ceiling fan or just beyond that on the open deck.
