Guest Access:
Guests will have access to both apartments (A on the left and B on the right) on the white top/bottom duplex, the shared backyard and outdoor space, assigned parking area, and the free street parking. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.
To access apartment A (upstairs unit), use the left door from the front of the building. If you're entering from the private parking area (behind the property), you can access apartment A through the stairs that lead to the second story door.
You can access apartment B through the right door if parked on the street in front of the building. Or through the right door (bottom level) if you are parked in the back assigned spot.
*Note: Apartment A is the second story space. Apartment B is on the first level.
Other Things to Note:
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Schlage Smart Locks. We generate and provide you with a unique code valid only for the duration of your stay.
We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!

You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and instructions will be sent to you via the app at 3pm on the day of your arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property.
You can park in the street or on the assigned spot behind the property (two cars). Please pay attention to street sweeping times to avoid fines. These times are posted throughout the street.
The space is dog-friendly only. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting fur friends. No fighting or dangerous breeds are allowed (Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pitbulls, etc).
