Positive: Great location within a 10-15 min reasonable walk to Forsyth Park and many restaurant options, spacious, remodeled home, multiple fantastic outdoor spaces to relax. Clean. Really enjoyed the terrace outdoor shower. All the bathrooms are beautifully appointed.

Negative: One set of bedding needed washing. Kitchen sponge needed replacing. Some of the outdoor and indoor furniture and pillows are getting a little tired. Could use replacing. Kitchen was mostly well appointed though we were missing a toaster.

Summary: Great location and host. This is a gem. Clean with character and modern amenities.
