3, AIR: central AC (heat & cool) just for you.
4, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is away from street noise.
5, TV & INTERNET: Two TV sets with Rocu. one is in the living room, another one hung on the wall in the bedroom.

Summary: More of a cabin like accommodation. Cement floors and some walls. Shower was like a 2 level cement floor which made it difficult to stand in. Furniture inside was all patio type furniture. Bed was comfortable.
