Our Sunshine 3000sqf.t residence is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.
Tree Tops Park, Gym and supermarket are within walking distance. 7 minutes to NOVA University, and all Major Highway, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. Less than 20 minutes to Cleveland Clinic,beaches, FLL International airport and Downtown Fort Lauderdale and 8 minutes to Seminole Hard Rock Casino & 17 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium. Flamingo Gardens. 15 minutes away is Sawgrass Mills, Florida's largest retail & entertainment center, featuring more than 350 name-brand stores and outlets like Ralph Lauren, Crate & Barrel Saks Fifth Avenue, etc along with well-known restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory and PF Chang's. It is 20 minutes to Las Olas with its 5 star restaurants, 40 minutes to South Beach and Miami International airport, 25 minutes to the Hollywood Boardwalk with its kitschy shops and cafes and 70 minutes to the Miccosukee Indian Village known for their airboat rides and alligator encounters. The house is ideal for 2 couples with kids for your holiday rental, golfing trips, vacations, perfect for extended stay business trips and relocation related temporary housing. We do not feel comfortable to rent our house for a Party.
