No expense spared to renovate this unit with granite vanity countertops, quartzite kitchen & bar countertops wood/tile flooring, venetian plaster bathrooms, designer and antique furniture, 50 HD TV in living room with surround sound system & DVD, quartzite wine/ coffee bar with wine cooler, LCD TV's in other rooms and all new GE Cafe matte white kitchen appliances. Unit is fully appointed with high end dishes, glassware utensils and towels. Just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush.
There is also a cozy fireplace in the den.
The complex is complete with a clubhouse, heated pool, sauna, tennis courts, gas BBQ grill ,underground parking and is located directly on the beach. The property is located on one of the best surfing breaks in the area. It is centrally located and one of the closest beaches to Disney. The area is famous for being a surfing town with a slower pace and nice friendly people. There are many great restaurants and shops to visit within walking distance. Awesome views of the ocean from your master bedroom family room, kitchen and nicely appointed balcony.This is an upscale 'MONTHLY ONLY' rental. New pickleball/tennis/shuffleboard courts refinished July 2024. Lush landscaping and new floor to ceiling impact windows for awesome ocean views.

Summary: We stayed at this Condo for 32 nights in May/June 2025 and had the most amazing time. The accommodation was well equipped from all the crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans etc etc to towels, beach chairs, cleaning products, paper products and even shampoo and shower gel. The little touches from the owner made a big impact, like speciality teas and a welcome bottle of wine (really appreciated after our long journey from the UK). The one minor problem we encountered was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the owner himself and the onsite maintenance guy. The complex is well situated in a quiet part of Satellite Beach with direct access to a fabulous stretch of beach. At times it felt like a private beach! The pool was a good size and we never had any problem getting a sunbed. In fact we were often the only people using the pool. When we did meet other renters or owners we were taken aback with the friendliness shown to us by everyone. We have made some good friends for life and for that we are very thankful. The club room is a great space to shelter from the thunderstorms or just to keep your drinks cold in the fridge. The cleanliness of the communal areas was good. We were lucky to see 5 rocket launches during our stay, the night one in particular was very impressive when watched from the beach. Basement parking an added bonus. There are plenty of shops and eateries for all budgets within a short distance. Would not hesitate to return here and would recommend to others.
