Summary: My brother and his wife were in town to visit with our mother, who is currently living in an assisted living facility in Merritt Island. They just love the beach and beach decor, and this unit hit the spot! It is very comfortable and clean, well decorated, with great ocean views and beach access. Check-in is easy, comes with an indoor garage parking spot, plus an elevator is available, or stairs if you prefer. I would highly recommend this unit and would rent for my family time and time again.
