Prepare all your family favorites and share meals at the dining table, comfortable seating for 6. This Summerwind cottage is all on one level with a washer/dryer for your convenience and easy packing too.
This Summerwind cottage boasts three ensuite bedrooms, a rare private bathroom for all! The master bedroom suite offers a king bed and full, updated private bath. With access to the large, screened porch you can enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap listening to the ocean breezes in the Live Oak trees lining the golf course behind your cottage. The second bedroom is appointed with a cute queen bedroom set and a full bath nicely appointed with great updates. The third bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed has a full, ensuite bath. This is rare in Summerwind!

Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
Beach Access: Walk or bike to the beach and club pools.
Pet Policy: ONE (1) well behaved dog is permitted. Pet fee is an additional $250 per week.

Vehicle Policy: Seabrook Island allows a maximum THREE (3) cars at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car passes are an additional $45 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
