Helm Sweet Elm is just the cutest little beach cottage for your 30A vacation. Great for a couple or small family, the home can sleep 6 guests. The owners have made some beautiful updates in décor and furniture both inside and out.
This home is tucked away off 30A but just half a mile from the San Juan beach access. The bright white kitchen opens out to the main dining and living areas. There is also a back patio where you'll find a gas grill - ready for the grill master. Full size laundry and a convenient half bath finish off the 1st level. 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, each with their own private bathroom and balcony.
The backyard is setup for vacation relaxation with plenty of seating around the grill area. Plus, a picnic style table if you'd like to dine in the fresh air. Catch up with friends and family over your favorite cocktail before turning in at the end of a long day of vacationing.
