Welcome to Seahorse Sea, a true waterfront retreat on the quiet canal of Mabry Street — the mile‑long road that runs from the beach to the dock where boats unload, fishermen gather, and families stroll at sunset. Our home sits perfectly between the beach and the water, offering rare Gulf, Bay, and ICW views from nearly every room and deck.
This was our family’s beach house for years, designed with intention and loved with heart. We built it high to capture the incredible multi‑waterway panorama — Gulf sunrises, Bay sunsets, pelicans gliding over the open area, and barges rolling down the ICW. Morning coffee on the master deck became a ritual. Evening drinks on the covered rear deck became tradition. Fishing, crabbing, and watching the canal come alive became memories we still treasure.
Now we share it with you.
Downstairs, the packed crushed concrete makes parking easy for six vehicles or four vehicles and a trailer. A large stone patio leads to the private dock and canal deck — perfect for grilling, relaxing, fishing, crabbing, or watching boats pass. Upstairs, the covered rear deck delivers unforgettable sunrise and sunset views. Inside, the open kitchen, dining, and living area offers the same sweeping Gulf, Bay, and ICW scenery, along with two day beds for extra sleeping.
The home sleeps 16 comfortably with a queen‑over‑queen bunk room, a two‑queen bedroom, a second bathroom with tub/shower, and a spacious master suite with king bed, huge walk‑in closet, and ensuite bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and private toilet. The master opens to a large open deck overlooking the Gulf, Bay, ICW, and peaceful open area — one of the most unique views on the peninsula.
Seahorse Sea is more than a vacation home.

General Rules
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay for the entire reservation.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times.
Parties, Events, and Behavior
No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior written approval.
Any disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the property.
Fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the property.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home or on the deck.
Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
Pets

Pets must be approved in advance.
Guests must clean up after pets and keep them off furniture and bedding.
Waterfront and Dock Safety
Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
Swimming is not recommended off the dock.
No diving or jumping from the dock.
Do not tie boats or jet skis in a way that blocks the canal.
Fishing from the dock is allowed, but please keep the area clean and safe for all guests.
Boats, Trailers, and Parking
Park only in designated areas.
Do not park boats, trailers, or vehicles on the grass.
Charging electric vehicles or golf carts is not allowed without prior approval.
Furniture, Equipment, and Property Care
Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture.
Do not clean fish inside the house.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly.
Towels and Laundry
Fresh hand towels, bath towels, and foot towels are provided.
Bath towels are for indoor use only.
Two loads of laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied, including one load specifically for the towels at checkout.
Climate Control
The home has central heating and air conditioning.
For proper operation, do not set the thermostat below 70 degrees for cooling or above 75 degrees for heating.
Keep doors and windows closed while the system is running.
Kitchen and Cleaning
Wash dishes before checkout.
Do not leave food or trash outside, as it attracts wildlife.
Place all household trash in the outdoor bins.
Check‑In and Check‑Out
Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless approved in advance.
Return all keys and lockbox items to their original location.
Complete the checkout list provided in the home.
Lost and Found
We are not responsible for items left behind, but we will help when possible.
