Admire miles of unobstructed marsh views, especially when the sun turns the marsh golden at sunset. Discover scenic footpaths through the woods and down to the creek, including perfect spots for picnics while enjoying the sounds of nature. If you are lucky enough, you may see deer at dawn and dusk, hear an owl hooting in the evening, or see a fox skittering about during the night. Also during the day, you can sit on the porch with a favorite book and revel in the soft breezes with Spanish moss gently swaying in the dozens of live oaks.
Inside, you will discover an inviting living room made out of pine, which was harvested from trees felled on the estate grounds in the mid-20s. Curl up comfortably on the sofa and plan your next adventures or share memorable stories about your day. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade masterpieces, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker.
