Our completely renovated home (March 2024), is the perfect place to enjoy the Isles of Capri life. Laze in the heated pool, watch the dolphins swim and play, fish off the dock, or cozy up and read a book on the lanai.
Beautiful and bright, our home features an open concept living and dining area. Complete with a smart TV and Wi-Fi.
Plenty of patio doors to view (and access) the pool and bay!
Full kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops. Comes with all of the amenities of home (blender, coffee pot, toaster, pots/pans, variety of utensil, to name a few). Also a wet bar for mixing up cocktails.
Master bedroom (King bed, private shower/toilet/vanity).
2 Spare bedrooms (BothQueen beds).
Both bedrooms have lots of storage space for all of your necessities.
1 Spare bathroom with tub/shower and lighted vanity/medicine cabinet.
Laundry room with full sized washer and drier (beach umbrella and towels located in laundry room for your use as well as a pack-n-play for any young ones).
The newly screened in lanai is the perfect place to be! No-see-um deterrent netting installed (January 2024). The only way those biters will get in is through an open door. Day and night, the heated pool is inviting, relaxing, and comes with a great view of the bay.
If you didn't catch any fresh fish for supper off of the dock, there are restaurants within walking distance for your catch of the day.
