The guest wing can be shut off from the remainder of the house. This is where the second bedroom is, outfitted with a King bed, a 50" Smart flat-screen TV and direct access to the yard with water views. The gorgeous guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and it is shared with the third bedroom featuring two queen beds.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to take in the ocean breeze on your private 90' waterfront canal dock, featuring 4 chairs for conversation and s'mores beneath the stars, and a fishing table for fishing enthusiasts.
Your private backyard oasis was built with entertaining in mind. Feel the sea breeze on your morning yoga, spend blue-sky days floating in the heated pool or working on your suntan on the loungers. Watch the game on the Cabana, complete with a 50" TV, lounge seating for 5 and a dining table for 6. No boat trailer parking allowed at the home. Boat trailer parking available at Phil Foster Park (up to 24hs) & at Lake Park Marina (overnight allowed).
Guests can use the dock for boats for an additional $60/day. Max boat size length allowed 30ft. Longer boats may be accommodated upon request.
Street parking is not allowed. Driveway only.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.
Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings of more than 12 guests total at the home allowed.
There is a max of 8 guests allowed overnight, and a max of 12 guests allowed at any other time.
