Negative: Room right below gym with weights slamming all day and evening. Front desk staff didn't seem the least bit accommodating when my reservation said a king in fine print but the bold print said double room. I asked for plastic ware and said thank you to the staff they responded with "yup." Poop finger print stains on the door casing in tbe bathroom I wiped up. I have worked in hotels and understand when it is a full house not much you can do but that room really is the worst one in the building based on location.
