This is an open studio. There is no bathroom sink/mirror as this was originally built as an art studio and was not built with one. There are full length mirrors provided on both the bathroom and laundry room doors and there is a mirror in the kitchen near the sink for shaving etc.
There are two homes on the property. This is for the entire back house only. Guest access to studio is through the alleyway and completely disconnected from front house. Has a nice sized yard of it's own as well.
The studio is walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Other nearby attractions include Beuscher State Park, Colorado River, Golf, zip-lining.

Summary: The place was reasonably clean and cute, but hard to get into. It took us a while to figure out how to get into the house (it's a side door to the building inside of a big gate). There is no sink in the tiny bathroom so you have to wash your face and brush your teeth in the kitchen sink. It was also difficult to find out how to turn off the lights at night in the main living area. They are in the laundry room. There was no coffee and the sheets were on the table. We had to put them on the bed. We hoped they had been washed.
